Unreal Automotive Essentials Learning Course

This Unreal Engine automotive course gets you started with real-time automotive visualisation, learning scene building, lighting, materials, interaction basics, and output workflows. Delivered by Haus of Learning as an Unreal Authorized Training Center, it builds the foundation automotive studios need for real-time work, to a standard recognised by Epic Games.

Course Goals

This 5-day Unreal Engine automotive course equips designers with a solid foundation in real-time visualisation, with a specific focus on automotive workflows and VR/AR. Rather than teaching Unreal Engine 5 as a general game engine, we frame every session around the real-time visualisation and immersive work that mobility studios actually produce.

Throughout the week, participants learn how to build high-quality scenes, apply photorealistic lighting, animate using Sequencer, and render for multiple outputs. Because the course mixes structured lessons with hands-on tasks, designers practise on real scenes rather than watching demos. As a result, your team leaves with project-ready knowledge and the confidence to integrate Unreal into daily design operations.

who this unreal automotive course is for

This course suits designers and visualisation specialists who are new to Unreal and want a structured, practical foundation in real-time automotive work. Because it starts with the interface and data workflows, no prior Unreal experience is required. We deliver it as an intensive five-day format for small groups, so the coaching stays hands-on and every participant builds real scenes.

what you will learn

Over five days, you will progress from navigating Unreal to delivering both interactive and cinematic output. Key outcomes include:

  • First, master the Unreal Engine interface and data workflows
  • Next, apply lighting, materials, and post-processing for photorealism
  • Then create interactive experiences for review or presentation
  • After that, build assets and environments and implement them in VR/AR
  • Finally, deliver static and cinematic renders for design presentation
